Wolff, Albert Moritz

Альберт Мориц Вольф (1854 - 1923)

A German artist, worked for Russian market late 19th - early 20th century (1888-1906 for sure), mostly after the major Russian artists died or stopped working and the market went down in general.

Created a dozen of unique models on Russian daily life subject matter, yet there are at least four models known bearing his signature, but looking like those by Lanceray or Grachev.

Used German foundries to cast.

Mistaken as Bonegor by some auctions and art sites.
